Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled on this showcase website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

What data we collect

• Project requests: name, email, phone, business details, budget, timeline, message and the solutions and elements you chose. These are sent by you from your own email app to us.
• Smart match: the text you type to describe your business is sent to our AI service provider to produce recommendations. It is not stored by us. Please do not enter sensitive personal data.
• Saved picks: your picked elements, comparisons and language are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They never reach our servers unless you send a request.
• Accounts: if you create an account, we store your email, a securely hashed password and your saved picks. The same account works on fastmedia.pro and this showcase. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may process IP addresses and server logs to keep the site secure.

Why and on what legal basis

• To answer your request and prepare a quote — steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To keep the website secure and working — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations if we work together — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Czech law (usually 10 years).

Who receives it

Only trusted processors that help us run the service: website hosting, email provider and the AI service used for Smart match. Some may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.

Your rights

• Access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data.
• To object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
• To complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), uoou.gov.cz.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
